Jim assists business owners, managers, leaders, partnership and family held enterprises. He sees himself as part of the client's team and assists with strategic legal and business advice and guidance earned over 25 years in practice. Jim is a member of the London Chamber of Commerce and the London Club. He is a former Trustee of the Middlesex Law Association and has spoken at its CLE conferences on various corporate and business law topics. Jim was the newsletter editor and a member of the Business Law Executive of the Ontario Bar Association between 1992 and 2011. He currently serves as Vice-Chancellor for the Diocese of Huron and is a past director of a national children's charity.

During the 25 years she has been in practice,Catherine has gained broad litigation experience and credibility before the court and a wide range of professional tribunals. Her practice encompasses most aspects of civil and administrative litigation, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and commercial real estate litigation. She prosecutes and defends professionals before disciplinary and regulatory bodies. She has spoken at Ontario Bar Association and Middlesex Law Association Continuing Legal Education conferences on issues such as feuding shareholders, rights of first refusal and real estate disputes.

Erin practices in the areas of Wills, Estates & Trusts, Personal Injury Law, Litigation, Elder Law and Health Law. She was on the Consent and Capacity Board for 6 years, dealing with the vulnerable and those with mental health issues.

Erin is presently on the Middlesex Law Association, Brescia University Board of Trustees, a member of the Health Science Research Ethics Board at Western and a director of Global MINDS Collective Board. Previously Erin had served on boards for St. Joseph’s Health Care, Canadian Museum of Nature, YMCA of London, Big Sisters of London, TVO Foundation and has been actively involved in political campaigns at all levels of government. 
 
Erin is a recipient of the Western Law Malcolm J. McKinnon Award, Flare's Canadian Volunteer of the Year - Jane Musset Award, the Paul Harris Fellow, the Leading Women Building Communities Award, the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and the Women of Excellence - Community, Volunteerism and Humanity Award.

Chandra is a law clerk who works primarily with our litigation team, while also assisting with estate administration. A graduate of Fanshawe's Law Clerk Program in 2012, she received the 2011-2012 Dean's Academic Award for the Faculty of Business and 2011-2012 Governor General's Academic Medal for her graduating class. She has maintained a connection to Fanshawe as a current member of the Law Program Advisory Committee and the founder of a book prize awarded to the two Law Clerk Program students who exhibit the most professional attitude toward their education.

Mary is a clerk in our Wills and Estates Litigation Group, which she joined in 2020. Mary is involved in Estate Planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney for Property, and Powers of Attorney for Personal Care. She is also instrumental in the administration of Estates including Applications for a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee – with or without a Will, and other related Applications. With respect to Estate Litigation Mary assists in the preparation of court forms and materials for estate-related disputes, including will challenges, spousal and dependent’s claims, removal of Estate Trustees, and contested estate audits. 
 
Mary is presently the President of the Kinette Club of London, recipient of the 2019 London West Community Recognition Award, and is a founding member of One London Place Toastmasters Club.
 
She is an honours graduate of Fanshawe College, Law Clerk Program in 2020. Prior to becoming a clerk, Mary had ten years’ experience working for a national trust company in estate administration and T1 Personal and T3 Trust tax preparation.

Tessa continues to be a versatile employee and contributes her knowledge in office administration in all aspects of our firm. Tessa is available to direct your concern to the responsible lawyer for your matter while assisting in the business law and real estate practice areas.

Tessa is a corporate law clerk that has been a part of our business law team since late 2019. Tessa aids in the due diligence search process in preparation for various share and asset transactions relating to provincial and federal corporations among many other corporate responsibilities. Along with being part of our of business law team, Tessa is one of our real estate law clerks and will see a purchase, sale, title transfer or re-finance transaction from beginning to end.

Tessa is a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Law Clerk program and recipient of the Maria G. Mendes Premier’s Award for her greater involvement within the Fanshawe College community. Prior to attending Fanshawe College, Tessa graduated from the Office Administration – Legal program at Conestoga College located in Kitchener, Ontario. Tessa is also an active member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
In her spare time you can find her sharing her love of the outdoors and music, specifically guitar, with her school-aged son.
