Catherine has broad litigation experience and credibility before all levels of Court and a wide range of provincial administrative tribunals. Her practice encompasses most aspects of civil and administrative litigation, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and commercial real estate litigation.  She prosecutes and defends professionals before disciplinary, regulatory and administrative bodies.  She has spoken at Ontario Bar Association and Middlesex Law Association Continuing Legal Education conferences on issues such as feuding shareholders, rights of first refusal and real estate disputes.
